TMS Security. Access to Security

In 2008, we founded TMS Security guided by one mission: to make security accessible. This led to a slow and difficult start, where I fumbled for the balance between quality and price.

After several years of intensive work, we found the technologies and methods by which we lowered the price without reducing the quality. Thus, in 2016 our company took the form it still has today.

Our inauspicious beginnings were also fueled by the market providing us with untrained and unmotivated security guards and dispatchers.

After listening with goosebumps to countless stories of security guards from other companies who either did not meet the minimum effort stipulated in the job description, or exceeded all limits of decency and ethics in the workplace, I said “Stop. That’s not possible.”

In order to achieve the performances we dreamed of when we were founded; not to be that security company with incompetent employees; to ensure our customers’ sense of safety – we have carefully and rigorously selected the entire staff (security guards, dispatchers, emergency crew) and intensified our training sessions.

Over time, results began to appear.

We have served over 100 unique customers…and counting.

Maybe we attracted customers because we are a gang team. Or because we offer economical solutions that save good money from the security budget. From now on we want to convince with what we know best:
